About NH Girls Technology Day

NH Girls Technology Day began in 2013 as an effort to encourage NH’s female students to consider careers in STEM fields, where women are often under-represented.  The event has grown rapidly, increasing to two sites in 2015 and over 400 students served.  Plans for 2016 include expanding the event to more sites in an effort to make transportation easier for schools and to incorporate more businesses on a regional level.
